Program Retainer Fee
There is a $1,000.00 (non-refundable) deposit to be paid upon selection of your egg donor. Once the egg donor has cleared psychological and medical screening then the remaining agency fee is paid).
In the event that your selected donor is unable to proceed with the cycle, your deposit will be applied towards the selection of another donor.

- *We require $3800.00 for out of state donors travel. The fee includes all travel cost of the egg donor and her companion. Any leftover travel fees will be refunded back to the intended parents upon completed of the egg donation cycle. Your physician may require your egg donor to fly out for initial medical screening at the beginning of the cycle which may require additional funds.
- Please note that all psychological and medical expenses including but not limited to appointments, medication and lab fees are the responsibility of the Intended Parents and they should pay the professionals performing these services directly. Legal fees and psychological fees may exceed the quoted amount depending on the legal professionals chosen for you and your Egg Donor. All fees are subject to change.
