Itemization of Expenses
Program Retainer Fee, Egg Donor's Fee, Medical Insurance Premium for Egg Donor, Egg Donor's Expense Account is NOT
paid to Giving Hope until your donor has passed her medical and psychological screening evaluation (including MMPI). Except for a $500.00 (non-refundable) fee that is due to the agency upon selection of your egg donor. This $500.00 will be applied to the retainer fee if your egg donor passes her medical and psychological screening.

- Please note that all psychological and medical expenses including but not limited to appointments, medication and lab fees are the responsibility of the Intended Parents and they should pay the professionals performing these services directly
