Qualifications for Becoming an Egg Donor

• Applicant must be between the ages of 21 and 30.
   
• Applicant must be mature, responsible, and capable of understanding the time commitment and dedication required to complete a cycle.
   
• Applicant must have attained a high school diploma. Applicant must be attending or have graduated from some type of college or technical school.
   
• Applicant must have a clean personal and family health history.
   
• Applicant must not have a history of infertility or endometriosis.
   
• Applicant must be a non-smoker and non-drug user.
   
• Applicant must be height and weight proportionate.
   
• Applicant must have no criminal convictions other than traffic violations.
